This can be done through the conversion of existing properties or purpose building on an appropriate block of land. The process happens in two stages.

Our Buyers Agency will source a suitable property for your circumstances that also meets the requirements to become a HI RES property once it’s undergone a renovation or purpose build. While we aim for double-digit and often achieve this for our clients, real gross returns may be anywhere from 7-11%. Strategies that can be applied include Cash Flow, Development Potential & Capital Growth.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once a suitable property has been acquired, our INVIDA Conversions team steps in at stage 2 to convert the existing property into micro apartments.
